Overview

Morse Vertical-Lift Drum Pourers - Move, Pour and Weigh Drum

• Lift, move, weigh and pour a drum up to 106" high
• Easy to maneuver on compact base
• Scale Equipped units available
• Capacity: 800 lbs.

You control the lift height and pouring angle. Rotate a drum 360 degrees in either direction. Power lift and tilt provide easy, ergonomic drum handling. Handle 22" to 23.5" diamter steel or fiber drum (requires MO-E14 (Pic. 4) fiber drum strap) and smaller drums and plastic drums (requires MO-3540-P - Top Rim Clamp (Pic. 3)) with correct adaptor.

Highlights

Accurate Batching by Weight: The structure is engineered to sum downward components of force and factor out variation of forces caused by tilting a drum to pour contents. This design, combined with digital electronic instrument, provides measurement to 0.1 Lb. (0.05 kg) while handling drum up to 800 Lb. (363 kg) with accuracy of +/-0.2 % of displayed weight.

Intrinsically Safe Electronics

• Drum scale indicator is Ultra Low Power Intensity (ULPI) Instrument which is Factory Mutual approved for many hazardous areas
• Intrinsically safe drum weighing system may be used in many hazard areas where ordinary electric powered equipment would be prohibited Spark resistant parts such as monel metal drum holder bands are optional
• Charger for the drum scale battery is not for use in hazard area. Recharge the battery outside hazard area.
• Choose hand pump or air motor driven pumps to avoid spark hazards
• AC motors and battery powered hydraulics available for non-hazardous areas
